Website does not appear in google when exact keyword phrase is searched?
I am aware of how important keywords are and I have place keyword phrases into the title of my page in my website as well as one or two in my page content itself. However when i search for the exact phrase in Google, my site does not turn up. Why is this so? Those other pages that appeared do not even contain the exact keyword phrase that I entered!
The only reason I think I'm losing out is that i have fewer back-links than others? I need some advice here. Thanks!
If the website is new, I think it will take sometime before it is on google. Also if your website is linked by big website, for instance if your website is about softwares, then having your website linked by big software websites like softpedia.com helps. Affiliate with popular sites, it helps.
